Production Time & Shipping

* The leadtime for processing orders is typically 3-7 working days, not including weekends or public holidays.

* We do close manufacturing over the festive period from approx 19 Dec to 5 January.

* Orders can be placed online throughout the festive season and will be dealt with as a matter of urgency on re-opening.

* Please check our homepage if you would like to confirm these dates.

* During the company’s busy season, Nov-April, orders may take longer to process.

*Should you have an urgent deadline -please discuss it with our staff to see if we can accomodate you.

* Domed Name Badges -can take 5-14 days to manufacture

Notepads generally take 5-10 working days to manufacture.

* If customers require their orders to be rushed, Label Pal offers a Rush Fee of a minimum of R399 for this service

* Please note that the delivery time is not included in the leadtime to manufacture your product and may takeup to an additiona 1-5 days -depending on which method of delivery you choose on checkout.
