Tags Disclaimer

Please note: We will supply a digital mockup for sign off prior to printing your tags.
Once approval for the above order has been received the customer shall
have no claim against Label Pal for any errors on the final product.

NB: When setting up your artwork -Please keep in mind that dark colours in the background
ie Especially black backgrounds drown out fine details/small text and thin lines.

Text /Logos in Light Colours (eg white) also are drowned out by dark/black backgrounds.
Strong, bold contrasts are preferable for optimum printing results.

Please keep text and logos as bold & as large as possible. When unsure opt for a bigger label.
Text/word/logos that are smaller than 2mm in height may not be legible/easy to read.

Be mindful that some of these tags are smaller than postage stamps.
so the larger and bolder the print designs the better the end result will be .

We do not take responsibility for low resolution logos, artwork or artwork supplied where
text/images is too small to be legible.
Reprints will be for your own account.

Please ensure your logos/artwork are designed at the correct scale for printing purposes and not
for website/screen viewing purposes.

Please supply artwork in the highest quality resolution possible -300 DPI optimal.
Preferably supply your artwork as curves/ vectors (EPS, SVG, PDF)-
with the fonts converted to paths.

If colour matching is required (Pantone references/Physical colour reference only),
a setup fee will apply R200 per colour.
A Minimum setup fee of R250 will apply if artwork needs to be redrawn/redesigned.
Please ensure that Seam Allowances are correctly selected before adding your product to the cart.
Please bear in mind that we do our best to match colours but the digital printing process might alter
 some colours.
Also, what a colour looks like on a brightly lit computer screen won't be exactly the same on a print.
so to ensure your colours are matched we always advise that a colour breakdown is disclosed.
